CrossFit is constantly varied – functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. Confusing? Not really. We are down-to-the-basics people. We like to squat, jump, deadlift and press. We lift odd objects, barbells and our own bodies. We master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, push-ups, handstand, sit-ups and holds. We perform Olympic weightlifting variations; snatch, clean and jerk. We run and we row; hard and fast. Variance is key when it comes to our workouts – you rarely do the same workout twice, keeping your body guessing and ready for the unknown physical challenges life throws at you. We train hard, smart and we have fun while achieving powerful results – minus the egos.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability thus making it perfect for any committed individual regardless of age, size, gender or experience. The same routine can be used for grandparents, for children, for rugby players or for marathon runners!
