The CrossFit induction process is designed to ease all new members into our full program – it doesn’t matter if you have been training in a gym for years or have no training experience at all.  We will focus on the main movements of CrossFit and teach you how to perform them safely and effectively.

There are 2 CrossFit Induction sessions that you must complete before moving on to our full membership options.

The two sessions will cover the following movements:

Session 1 -Squats, Press, Thrusters and Wall balls.

Session 2 -Pull ups, Kettlebell swings, DeadLifts and Power Cleans.

The sessions are covered privately by a coach at a time that works for you and costs just £60.

Why are we more?

As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.”

The average membership to a typical gym in the East Kilbride area is around £35 a month: typically “Here is the gym.  Here are the machines.  Here are the cardio rooms with TV; mirrors all around”! Sure sometimes this works for people, but take a look at yourself in one of those many mirrors.  Then ask, what is YOUR gym doing for YOU to make YOU healthier?

At CrossFit East Kilbride, our passionate, supportive Trainers are always there to keep you moving safely and keep your body ever-improving.  At EVERY workout you are personally coached in a small group format at only a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 personal training.  Along with this you will be working out alongside encouraging, supportive, like-minded individuals who want to make the best use of their available training time and improve their fitness (and have fun whilst doing so!).
