Saturday will see three CFEK teams competing at the FFD Throwdown in Dundee. The comp starts around 9am – it would be great to see as many of you coming to support. It costs £5 on the door which is going to Charity. The address is 48 Brown street.
As all coaches are competing at Dundee there will be no WOD just Open gym from 8am-12 on Saturday.
