Hi all,

We are excited to announce we will be changing our booking system from Team Up to Box Champ. In the next couple of weeks you will receive an email from Box Champ explaining what you need to do to get set up and how to use the system.

The booking process will be much the same however there are a lot of other added benefits – like being able to log your daily workouts and track performance and progress for starters (so now you have no excuse not to do it  ). We will notify you nearer the time when to look out for it in your inbox.
