Wednesday 9th September

Normal barbell club will start next Saturday at 8:45am (with the exception of the 2nd week which will be on the Friday due to the beyond the wall competition on the Saturday).  This is a 6 week course and the cost is £40. This week we will be doing a workshop on pull ups – the goal of the workshop is to learn and develop skills/progressions in the kipping pull up/butterfly pull up/ butterfly CTB.  No booking necessary. It will be on Sunday 10am till 11am.

Touch and go only. Even a re-grip off the floor is not allowed. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
