Wednesday 16th of August.

Crossfit Kids & Teens is back!

As of this Friday 18th August, the friday WOD’s will go back to 5.30pm onwards due to the return of CF Kids and Teens. Open gym will finish at 3.15pm (please have all kit away and tops on! 🙈) so we can set up for kids beginning at 3.30.

Can we please remind all members that during the kids and Teens classes you do not come into the gym, plenty of time for an extra stretch at 5.15pm when we finish.

CFEK KIDS: 3.30-4.15pm
This class involves lots of fitness and skill development through fun games and various movements. Some of these classes will be split this term so we can push on our older kids and give the time needed for our younger, newer members to learn and enjoy keeping fit and healthy. 🤸💪

CFEK TEENS: 4.30-5.15pm
This class is very similar to adult wods with all of the skills involved with crossfit and Olympic lifting covered and delivered in a way to motivate and develop our future stars. Watch this space….the teens are coming 💪🏋

If you have any questions about our Kids and Teens classes please either speak to myself, Greig or Sally.

Member of the month

This months member of the month is Michael Sciberras!

Michael has only been a member since April. He’s totally embraced what CrossFit is all about. He’s consistently worked out 5 times or more since he has joined and has really taken on board a lot of what the coaches have to say. He’s been a regular at Ali balance after realising his mobility needed fixing. He’s even got the kids involved getting them to do mini version of the workouts in the house :). He’s made friends at the early morning classes and just an all round top guy.

Well done Michael, keep up the hard work and keep working on that mobility.
