This weekend we have the start of our 6 week barbell class, this class is now full. We will post up the results and videos after the 6 week course if you missed out on this 6 week block.

Sunday we will also be running a special WOD in memory of a member who passed away at CrossFit Aberdeen. Details of the WOD and Rhodri will be posted tomorrow. We would really love to show our support to the guys in Aberdeen as I know if we lost one of our own, it would be a crushing blow to all of us.
